Wonder Woman has had several incarnations on TV and in film. Most people probably recall the TV series with Lynda Carter. That show from the late 70's was syndicated for years, and you could catch it every day around 4:00, right after kids got home from school. Some folks would love to see Lynda come out of retirement for this part, but it's good to have a rising star like Gal Gadot take this role to heart and carry on.
This is going to be the fourth installment in the DC Comics Extended Universe. Gadot is a veteran of several Fast and Furious movies, she did a great job as Wonder Woman in the Batman v Superman film and she's not afraid to train for a film. She studied Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, swordsmanship and Kung Fu kickboxing in preparation for the Wonder Woman role in Batman v Superman. She does her own stunts, too, which makes this a doubly intriguing outing.
Here's the plot for the first in what is sure to be a few Wonder Woman films. Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Diana discovers her full powers and her true destiny while fighting in the war to end all wars.
At VIP Movie Premiere Tickets, we have tickets for all the blockbusters that will be raining down on us throughout the coming "drive-in" summer season. The world premiere will be in wonderful Hollywood, the most amazing suburb anywhere, on May 25. Your VIP tickets get you onto the red carpet and into the screening. We also have passes to the after party, which will probably be filled with actors, crew and executives who were responsible for putting the film together. Why wait for Wonder Woman to hit the mega-plex when you can be there for the premiere and the party afterwards. We are down to our last few tickets, so you need to jump while the iron is still hot. Otherwise, you might end up sad and dejected, sitting in a cramped, smelly local theater dodging milk duds that the kids behind you are tossing.
